We’ve purchased season passes to Worlds of Fun the last couple of years. We don’t take advantage of them as much as we should, but we definitely get our money’s worth. This year was the first time Boo was tall enough to ride the big rides. So he decided to ride the Timberwolf which is a rickety wooden coaster that causes whiplash and requires a chiropractic adjustment immediately afterward. He and the Detective were in the front seat.
After he said, ” At first I was excited, then I was scared. Then about halfway through I decided I really should have thought twice about this.”
Squirt still is stuck on the tamer rides and has to have a “responsible adult” ride with him. How they consider me a responsible adult is beyond me. Side note: I’ve decided I can’t ride these damn circular dizzy rides anymore. They make me nauseous and headachey. Still can do the coasters though.

And sometimes, just sometimes, my shorties all get along. And those times are bliss.
I really love Squirt’s smile in that photo with you! And oh, that last photo of all your shorties, as you so adorably call them, is just precious! It also seems like Boo’s grown so much just like that! He looks so tall all by his aloneness. :)
Sometimes I get Boo and Squirt mixed up because they look sooo much alike! They are definitely brothers. :)
