With all this new found fame [teehee], I have been fortunate enough to have some things come across my desk. [Who am I kidding? It's a tiny shelf in the corner.] that I may not have otherwise. One of these things is the chance to interview folks that are making a difference in this small little world of ours. [Or is it a great, big one? I guess it depends.]
These interviews will be called Cross Examinations. I am hoping to make it a monthly post. I will ask 10 questions of each subject, five specific to him/her and five that I will ask them all. [Not unlike James Lipton, Bernard Privot and Marcel Proust, though I am certainly not comparing myself to them.]
My first one will be with filmmaker Justine Shapiro. If you would like to do a little homework beforehand, I suggest you watch any or all of the Globe Trekkers episodes or the Oscar-nominated film Promises.
She does Globe Trekker??? My husband and I LOVE that series! Absolutely brilliant.
