I’ve just spend the better part of 4 hours doing random crap. Canceled the newspaper subscription. Filled out permission slips. Paid homeowners’ association dues. Updated my calendar with the dates for all the games from the 3 soccer teams that Peanut is playing on. Balanced my checkbook. Paid bills. Shredded paper. Went through receipts. Looked for my Groupons. Looked up schedules for the two yoga studios that I bought Groupons for. Started to organize info for about 5 Scout activities coming up over the next few months. Paid up for my MOPS dues. Paid up for preschool. Looked into a preschool program for Slim for next year. Called a magazine that’s messed up our order. Fed the kids (I think). Ordered more Girl Scout cookies for some folks.
And yet I am probably only halfway through the random pile of crap.
I think I’ll take a break. And a nap.
